What is your return policy for wholesale orders?

Wholesale orders are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted, except in the case of receiving incorrect or damaged items.

Can I exchange my purchase for another item?

All purchases are considered final sale, and as such, we are unable to accept any exchanges.

What if my items were damaged upon arrival?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

My package arrived later than expected, can I receive a shipping refund?

If your package arrived later than the expected delivery date, and our team shipped it within the timeframe promised, we are not responsible for any shipping cost issues. In such a scenario, we kindly request you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

RETAIL ORDERS

What is your return window for retail orders?

Retail customers may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Should the items be received damaged, please notify us within 7 business days

Do I have to pay for the return shipping cost?

The return cost accumulated will be the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return cost.

If you recieved a damaged item, please send us a message within 7 business days of delivery date. Claims will be voided after this period and if the product was used or altered, we will not accept the return.

Is there a restocking fee for return items?

There is no restocking fee for items returned in brand new condition. However, if the item shows any signs of being worn or alterations, the refund will be voided.
